Driving Directions

Directions to Miners Medical Center – from Johnstown

Route 56 East Johnstown Expressway to Route 219 North.
Route 219 North towards Carrolltown. (Route 219 becomes the John Murtha Highway).
The John Murtha Highway ends and you will be forced to exit it.
Turn left at the stop sign at the bottom of the exit ramp. This is still Route 219 North.
Route 219 North through Carrolltown towards Northern Cambria. (Beyond Carrolltown, the road will wind quite a bit).
After driving approximately 3 miles, look for the “H” sign and turn right onto Number 9 Road. (Hoover’s Gas & Oil is on the left).
Follow Number 9 Road through a rural area, approximately 2½ miles, to a stop sign.
Straight at the stop sign to a 2^nd stop sign; go straight again and follow this road through the Hastings Industrial Park.
Turn right onto Miners Medical Center’s entrance drive.
Parking (no charge) is available in front and at the front side of the hospital.

Directions to Miners Medical Center – from Indiana

U.S. Route 422 East to Route 553.
Route 553 East through Nicktown.
Left onto Route 271 North and continue to follow that road.
At the red light (immediately after passing the Bi-Lo Market), turn right onto Route 219 South.
Follow Route 219 South (approximately 1½ miles), look for “H” sign and turn left onto Number 9 Road. (Hoover’s Gas & Oil is on the right).
Follow Number 9 Road through a rural area, approximately 2½ miles, to a stop sign.
Straight at the stop sign and follow this road through the Hastings Industrial Park.
Turn right onto Miners Medical Center’s entrance drive.
Parking (no charge) is available in front and at the front side of the hospital.

Directions to Miners Medical Center – from Altoona

Route 36 West to Patton.
At 1^st red light (directly after bridge), turn right and continue to follow Route 36 approximately 6 miles through a rural area.
Watch for “H” sign and turn right onto Third Avenue.
Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn left into the Hastings Industrial Park (immediately before Haida Manor/Beverly Enterprises).
Follow this road and turn left onto Miners’ Medical Centers’ entrance drive.Parking (no charge) is available in front and at the front side of the hospital.

Directions to Miners Medical Center – from Pittsburgh

Route 22 East to Ebensburg.
Route 219 North through Carrolltown towards Northern Cambria. (Beyond Carrolltown, the road will wind quite a bit).

Directions to Miners Medical Center – from Harrisburg

PA Turnpike West to Bedford.
I-99 North to Route 22.
Route 22 West to Route 219 North.
Follow Route 219 North towards Carrolltown. (Route 219 becomes the John Murtha Highway).
